We get taste notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut cream, and some red apple and lemon zest when cooled. This coffee has a balanced profile with juicy fruit flavors & high sweetness.

   About The Farm
For the Castro family, the conservation of natural resources is of prime value, which is why we are committed to protecting vast extensions of tropical rainforest in the Costa Rica since the 80’s. We have come to acquire over 1,500 hectares of rainforest for ecological preservation in areas where we grow our coffee as well as in the Osa Peninsula, a region in the South of Costa Rica known for holding 2.5% of the Earth’s Biodiversity, they should be proud to know that their family is contributing to reducing the effects of global warming. 

With over 200 years of tradition trading specialty coffee, we believe the best way to honour our ancestors is by producing and exporting only great coffee. Our farms are located on the slopes of Barva and Poás Volcano in Central and West Valley and in Saints region. Our Specialty Coffee comes in 4 different preparations
